And now to the final dish for our QUIZINE IN QUARANTINE, Eid Special – PULLED BEEF!
We take an old school, slow-cooked Southern style BBQ dish and show you how to put it together in half the time. Traditionally, the Southern Americans use pork and cook outdoors over wood. Here, we’ll be using a pressure cooker and beef instead of pork. The process of pulling or shredding meat is enjoyed all across the world in so many variations. Shredded beef is hugely popular in Mexico where it makes the bulk of a range of dished including tacos, enchiladas or burritos. Parts of Latin America enjoy pulled beef for their national dish like Venezuela’s Pabellón Criollo.
We’ll be enjoying our pulled beef in a beautiful honey BBQ sauce!
