Behold the Za’atar Man’ouche (flatbread)

A selection of Za’atar flatbread

This is a really popular snack to have across the day but also a common breakfast option. Almost like a piece of buttered toast with our tea in the morning, this bad boy goes down a treat with some mint tea for brekky.

The spice blend of Za’atar is sharp and a little bit crunchy. It is subtle and very fragrant. The herb works fantastically well with bread.
