It’s your lucky day today because QUIZINE IN QUARANTINE is showing you how to put together some amazing BAGELS in your own home! This beautiful ringed bread has centuries of history and the first known mention of it can be dated back to 17th century Poland. Jewish communities of Kraków, Poland are said to have enjoyed this great bread before it was exported around the world with immigration.
Now you’ll find some amazing bagels across North America, particularly New York and even in London’s east end where there was once a thriving Jewish community.
